Nybyggnad av hotell som består av en byggnad i Kiruna med 22 lägenheter. Själva byggnationen startade juni 2016 med en beräknad byggtid på 5 månader och med en yta på 2100 kvadrat.

Målsättningen är  I år har entreprenören Petter A. Stordalen valts ut att designa en av sviterna på Icehotel i Jukkasjärvi. Den 11 december välkomnas de första  The Ice Hotel, Jukkasjärvi. Välkommen till originalet ICEHOTEL.
